Job summary

Taiace Energy Services Sdn Bhd (TESSB) is seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive to drive content creation, design visuals, and manage social media across platforms. You will craft posts, edit videos, and prepare promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

The role offers exposure to renewable energy sectors, opportunities to manage real campaigns, and growth within the company. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and collaborate with freelancers and KOLs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Creative Media or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in social media management and content creation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendar.
• Create and schedule daily content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Design social media posters, advertisements and promotional artwork.
• Prepare marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, bunting, catalogue and booth materials.
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, Facebook and ad campaigns.
• Assist with basic photo and video shooting for products, projects, events and company activities.
• Write captions and simple marketing content.
• Maintain consistent branding across marketing materials.
• Coordinate with sales and project teams to produce relevant content.
• Work with freelancers, content creators, UGC creators and KOLs when required.
• Assist in planning promotions, campaigns, events and booth activities.
• Update basic website or landing page content where necessary.
• Maintain and organize marketing assets.
• Monitor social media performance and identify content that performs well.
• Support paid advertising campaigns by preparing creative materials.
• Research competitor marketing activities, trends and content ideas.
• Perform other marketing duties assigned by management.

Marketing Executive (Content, Social Media & Design)

We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Marketing Executive to manage our social media, content planning, graphic design and marketing materials. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating content, designing visuals, editing short videos and handling day‑to‑day marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage monthly social media content calendar.

Create and schedule daily content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms.

Design social media posters, advertisements and promotional artwork.

Prepare marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, bunting, catalogues and booth materials.

Edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Reels, Facebook and advertising campaigns.

Assist with basic photo and video shooting for products, projects, events and company activities.

Write captions and simple marketing content.

Maintain consistent company branding across all marketing materials.

Coordinate with sales and project teams to produce relevant marketing content.

Work with freelancers, content creators, UGC creators and KOLs when required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Creative Media or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience in social media management and content creation is an advantage.

Able to use Canva confidently.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.

Basic video editing and graphic design skills are required.

Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Good communication and time‑management skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Willing to assist with events, exhibitions, booth activities and occasional site content shooting.

Own transport is an advantage.
