Lendlease, a global real estate company, is recruiting a Marketing Executive/Assistant to join the Setia City Mall team in Malaysia. You will support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and communications to boost brand visibility, footfall and sales.

You will collaborate with tenants, agencies, vendors and contractors to ensure seamless activation, manage external partners, and assist tenants on marketing matters, while helping to drive the mall’s loyalty program and

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a shopping mall / retail marketing environment for the Executive position.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with a strong portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive footfall, and boost sales.
• Collaborate closely with tenants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless implementation of marketing activities.
• Manage external partners to meet quality standards, timelines, and brand guidelines.
• Provide assistance to tenants and vendors on marketing and promotional matters.
• Help manage the mall’s loyalty program, including member engagement, redemption activities, and campaign support.
