Job summary

Vanadium Engineering Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Subang Jaya. You will develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, create content, manage social media, and support brand development to drive business growth.

You will collaborate with internal departments, monitor performance, and assist in events, market research, and website maintenance. A relevant degree and 1–3 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or marketing communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems and basic graphic design.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities and multitasking capacity.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and metrics.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate new marketing ideas.

Responsibilities

About the role

Vanadium Engineering Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing and communications team on a full-time basis. Based in UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor, this role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns, managing communications across multiple channels, and supporting the organisation's strategic marketing objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our engineering resources division whilst building your career in marketing communications.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote company services and products

Create engaging marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, brochures, and website materials

Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement

Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and insights for marketing initiatives

Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics and ROI

Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, seminars and promotional activities

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape analysis

Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

Assist in brand development and ensure consistency of messaging across all communication channels

Support the development and maintenance of the company website and digital platforms

What we’re looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

1-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications or a similar role

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage

Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools

Familiarity with content management systems and basic graphic design skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics

Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant marketing software

Knowledge of the engineering, industrial or manufacturing sectors is preferred but not essential

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst demonstrating initiative and self-motivation
