MUTIARA SECURITY SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Marketing Executive to support marketing and business development efforts.

You will promote security services, raise brand visibility, prepare materials, and assist campaigns while building relationships with clients. Requirements include a marketing-related degree or diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is advantageous, with a competitive salary

Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the company's marketing and business development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our security services, strengthening brand visibility, supporting marketing campaigns, preparing marketing materials and identifying potential business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Execute marketing strategies to promote the company's security services and enhance brand visibility.

Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through market research and lead generation.

Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.

Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, proposals and digital content.

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Assist with social media and digital marketing activities when required.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and potential opportunities.

Coordinate with internal departments on marketing and business development activities.

Maintain proper records of marketing activities, leads and client follow-ups.

Support the company in achieving marketing and business development objectives.

About you

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Creative, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to analyse market trends and contribute to effective marketing strategies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in Marketing or Business Development is an added advantage.
