Job summary

Mega Cineplex (Perai) Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Marketing Executive to support and execute campaigns, boost brand awareness, and drive cinema attendance across our locations. You will manage social media, create promotional content, and coordinate events with internal teams and external partners.

The role offers opportunities to develop engaging campaigns in a fast-paced entertainment setting, with focus on results, collaboration, and brand consistency across all cinema activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities for Mega Cineplex
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase cinema traffic, ticket sales, and customer engagement
• Manage and maintain Mega Cineplex's social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement
• Create engaging marketing content for social media, promotional materials, campaigns, and cinema activities
• Coordinate promotional campaigns for new movie releases, special screenings, events, and seasonal campaigns
• Work closely with cinema operations, F&B, management, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, agencies, and business partners for marketing-related activities
• Assist in organizing events, roadshows, contests, collaborations, and customer engagement activities
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on campaign results, engagement, and effectiveness
• Assist in developing promotional materials, including posters, digital content, advertisements, and in-cinema promotional displays
• Enjoys marketing, entertainment, social media, events, promotions, and working in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure all marketing activities and materials are aligned with Mega Cineplex's brand image and guidelines

Job description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team.
