Job summary

Mega Cineplex (Perai) Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Penang. You will craft visually engaging artwork for digital marketing, social media, movie promotions, cinema campaigns and events, supporting branch promotions and campaigns.

You will collaborate with the Marketing team to develop campaign materials, adapt artwork across platforms, and ensure consistent Mega Cineplex branding. A strong portfolio and cinema/digital marketing interest are preferred.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or examples of previous design work.
• Experience with social media artwork, posters, and branding projects.
• Ability to adapt artwork for multiple platforms.
• Strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Passion for cinema and entertainment branding.

Responsibilities

• Develop artwork for Mega Cineplex's marketing campaigns.
• Design content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Create promotional materials for movie releases and events.
• Design posters, banners, and in-cinema graphics.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on campaigns.
• Maintain consistent Mega Cineplex branding across materials.

Job description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for digital marketing, social media, movie promotions, cinema campaigns, events, advertisements, and in-cinema promotional materials.

Key responsibilities

Develop creative and visually appealing artwork for Mega Cineplex's marketing and promotional campaigns

Design content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels

Create promotional materials for movie releases, special screenings, events, contests, campaigns and seasonal promotions

Design posters, banners, digital advertisements, promotional graphics, in-cinema displays and other marketing collateral

Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on marketing objectives and campaign requirements

Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative content and campaign materials

Collaborate with Operations and other departments to support branch-level promotional activities

Assist in maintaining consistent Mega Cineplex branding across all marketing materials

Resize and adapt artwork into different formats and dimensions for various platforms and applications

Prepare final artwork according to required specifications for digital publication and printing

About you

Portfolio or examples of previous design work

Experience with social media artwork, posters, advertisements, branding projects, digital campaigns, event materials, or video/content projects
