Job summary

Setia Awan Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, to drive impactful marketing strategies for our property developments. You will develop marketing collaterals and monitor budgets while coordinating with agencies to support sales campaigns.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing, strong communication skills, and a good grasp of digital

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing for property development or real estate is preferred
• Solid understanding of marketing, digital platforms and social media
• Proactive and resourceful with proven track record in increasing property sales revenue

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales for projects
• Develop marketing collaterals aligned with project plans and activities
• Monitor marketing expenses on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis within budget
• Handle DLAP submissions (Developer License and Advertising Permit)
• Liaise with advertising agencies to develop collaterals per project concept
• Develop A&P materials and manage stock per project needs
• Conduct market studies to stay updated on trends and pricing benchmarks
• Formulate effective marketing strategies and proposals
• Create awareness for new projects and generate leads
• Utilize graphic design and video editing skills; influencer marketing is a plus
• Plan and prepare gallery events and roadshows
• Perform any other duties as assigned

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving impactful marketing strategies for our property development projects, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities

To execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve successful sales or the project(s).

Responsible for the development of marketing collaterals in line with individual project's marketing plans and activities.

To monitor marketing expenses by monthly, quarterly and yearly within the approved budget.

Responsible for statutory. Eg: Developer License and Advertising Permit (DLAP) submission.

To liaise with advertising agencies to develop the appropriate marketing collaterals in line with the marketing concept of individual projects within the Group.

Responsible in the development of all A&P materials as well as keeping stock of its availability in line with the requirements for each project.

Conduct market studies to keep abreast with the market's latest trend, consumer preferences and pricing benchmark.

Able to formulate effective marketing strategies and proposals.

Create awareness for new project and garner leads.

Creative in graphic design and video editing skill. Experience in influencers marketing is a plus point.

Propose and prepare for the gallery event activities and road shows.

Any other duties & responsibilities which the company may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management Administration, Marketing or equivalent from recognised higher learning institution.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for Junior/Executive level.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with relevant stakeholders.

Experience in property development, real estate, agency or related industries is preferred.

Proactive, resourceful with proven full marketing holistic experience and track record in increasing property sales revenue.

Good understanding of marketing, digital platforms and social media.

Experience in graphic design, video editing or influencer marketing will be an added advantage.
