Job summary

KOMUGI bakery in Malaysia is seeking an energetic Marketing Executive to drive impactful campaigns and strengthen our brand presence across channels.

You will plan events, produce social content, manage POSM, monitor reviews, and analyse results to deliver actionable insights. A degree in Marketing and 1–2 years’ experience in F&B or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, and product launches.
• Create, coordinate and manage marketing materials including social media content, posters, POSM, and in-store displays.
• Manage and update social media platforms with engaging photo and video content.
• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries and reviews across social media and Google Business Profile.
• Track campaign performance, analyse results and prepare reports with insights.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Support seasonal promotions and other marketing initiatives.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

KOMUGI is a Japanese-inspired bakery brand dedicated to fresh daily bakes and authentic taste. We are seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Executive to drive impactful marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, and product launches.

Create, coordinate, and manage marketing materials, including social media content, posters, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and in-store displays.

Manage and update the company's social media platforms by creating engaging photo and video content.

Monitor and respond to customer enquiries and reviews across social media platforms and the Google Business Profile.

Track campaign performance, analyse marketing results, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, including designers, printers, influencers, and agencies, to ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

Support seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Candidate must posses at least Degree in Marketing/ Marketing Communication/ Business, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.

Basic Skills in Canva, CapCut, Al tools, photography and videography.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is added advantage.
