Job summary

Phillip Capital Group in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Executive to support branch growth through sales, recruitment, and marketing initiatives in Penang, Malaysia. You will coordinate with the Branch Manager to implement strategies that grow assets under management and expand the agency network.

You will build strong relationships with customers, sales partners, and business associates while promoting Phillip Mutual Berhad's in-house unit trust funds and other investment products.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager to strategize, plan and execute sales & recruitment strategies to grow Branch AUM and achieve Branch OKR on sales and recruitment.
• Manage and drive the Branch’s agency force and conduct training for contracted salesman and business partners.
• Assist in marketing strategies and promotional activities of Phillip Capital group; build rapports with customers, sales partners and business partners.
• Promote and market Phillp Mutual Berhad’s in-house unit trust funds, 3rd party funds and Phillip Capital Management products.
• Provide full administrative support in the daily operation of the branch in compliance with the company’s Act.
• Act and report on behalf of Branch Manager when needed.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Description:

To assist the Branch Manager to strategize, plan and execute effective sales & recruitment strategies to grow Branch AUM and working towards achieving Branch OKR on sales and recruitment.

To manage and drive the Branch’s agency force and to arrange, conduct training activities for contracted salesman and business partners;

To assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities of Phillip Capital group;

To build and maintain good rapport with customers, contracted salesman and business partners at all time;

To promote and market Phillp Mutual Berhad’s in-house unit trust funds, 3rd party funds and Phillip Capital Management products;

To provide full administrative support in the daily operation of the branch in compliance with the company’s Act;

To act and report on behalf of Branch Manager when needed.

Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Education / Experience Requirements:

Minimum Education: Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

Working Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.

Field of Study: Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
