Job summary

Eldon Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing professional to plan and execute campaigns across online and offline channels in Malaysia. You will support social media planning, coordinate events and product launches, and work with partners to ensure timely, on-brand delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and track campaign performance. Opportunities for growth and competitive benefits are offered.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities across online and offline channels.
• Support social media content planning and digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, product launches, brand activations, and trade promotions.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies, vendors, pharmacy partners, and other external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including social media content, POSM, promotional materials, and campaign assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and insights.
• Support trade marketing activities to improve product visibility and sell-through at pharmacy channels.
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to identify trends and marketing opportunities.
• Assist with marketing budget tracking, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Ensure all marketing activities are delivered according to timelines and brand guidelines.
• Support other marketing projects and initiatives as required.
