• Good communication and writing skills.

• Able to manage several tasks at the same time.
• Responsible and able to follow through on tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving SME environment.
• Proactive and willing to learn.
• Understands that marketing should contribute to leads, customers, and business results.
• Strong interest in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, and other AI content-generation tools.

Responsibilities

• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Plan, create and coordinate social media content.
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules.
• Coordinate designs, videos, captions, and other marketing materials.
• Help brief and review creative work.
• Assist with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Track campaign and content performance.
• Prepare simple marketing reports and updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and partners.
• Manage marketing tasks and deadlines in ClickUp.
• Make sure marketing tasks are followed through and completed on time.
• Support ad hoc marketing projects when required.
• Suggest ideas to improve marketing performance and execution.

Car Medic helps vehicle owners manage vehicle disposal and deregistration, including towing and AATF vehicle disposal services.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to support our marketing campaigns, content, social media, and daily marketing operations.
