Tian Siang Premium Auto is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager in planning, conceptualizing, and executing marketing initiatives for BMW, MINI, and Motorrad brands.

The role involves planning campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth, optimizing digital marketing across social media, website, SEM, and CRM, and developing compelling communications for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and business growth.
• Strategise and optimise digital marketing across social media, website, SEM and CRM to strengthen brand presence and drive conversions.
• Develop engaging internal and external marketing communications and content.
• Lead and supervise event setup and execution to ensure smooth delivery and brand consistency.
• Conceptualise and execute ATL and BTL campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Analyse marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Aftersales, Operations and suppliers to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Provide timely updates and information to management to support effective decision-making.
• Perform ad-hoc marketing tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager.
