Job summary

Buah Maju Sdn Bhd seeks a versatile intern to support content creation, marketing, e-commerce and daily operations at our premium gifting fruit store. This hands-on generalist role offers broad business exposure with most tasks doable remotely and occasional in-store visits 1–2 days per week for shoots and checks.

You will work closely with directors, manage social media, update Shopee/Lazada listings, assist promotions, inventory and SOPs, and gain real end-to-end retail experience with

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field
• Comfortable using Canva, social media tools, AI tools, and basic spreadsheets
• Good written communication skills for engaging captions and messages
• Organized and proactive with ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Able to commute to the store 1–2 times per week for content shoots and checks
• Interest in retail, F&B, or small business operations is a plus
• Bonus: basic photography/video editing skills (CapCut, InShot)

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Social Media: plan and create content (photos, short videos, captions) showcasing products and store life
• Social media management: manage accounts, posting schedule, engagement with followers
• Marketing & Promotions: support campaigns, promos, collaborations, Canva design of simple materials
• E-commerce: update online store product listings, prices, photos, descriptions across platforms
• Operations Management: assist with inventory tracking, SOPs, vendor coordination, and light admin
• General: support small projects like surveys, competitive research, sales tracking
