Job summary

Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd in Penang is recruiting for a marketing/brand assistant who will plan and execute events, roadshows and promotional campaigns. You will coordinate with outlets, suppliers and promoters to ensure successful activities, including online content creation and basic digital advertising.

Fresh graduates or those with a diploma in Marketing or Business Administration are welcome to apply. Own transportation and willingness to travel are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing events, roadshows, promotional campaigns and in-store activities.
• Coordinate with outlets, suppliers, brand principals, promoters and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Manage event-related requirements including marketing materials, booth setup, logistics, manpower, budgets and post-event reporting.
• Maintain marketing calendar, campaign records and reports, and provide general marketing support to ensure branding consistency and effective promotions.
• Support online marketing activities including social media content, product/event photography, promotional posts, short videos and basic digital advertising.

What you need to do:
