Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in CFD, Forex, Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Marketing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Vietnam social media platforms (Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Plan, create and publish engaging content regularly to maintain active community engagement.
• Translate marketing materials from English into Vietnamese and ensure localization accuracy.
• Collaborate with global marketing to localize campaigns for Vietnam market.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into registered and funded trading accounts.
• Support onboarding and build relationships with clients throughout lifecycle.

Job Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in CFD, Forex, Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Marketing is highly desirable.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Experience managing online communities or KOL/influencer collaborations.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets and online trading products.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent copywriting, translation, and proofreading skills.

Soft Skills

• Native Vietnamese speaker.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
• Creative, proactive, and capable of generating fresh marketing ideas independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and convert leads into active clients.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain all Vietnam social media platforms, including but not limited to Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other local channels.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content regularly to maintain active community engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on audience engagement and market trends.
• Stay updated with the latest industry news, competitor activities, and trending topics to continuously generate fresh and relevant content ideas.

Marketing & Content

• Translate marketing materials, campaign announcements, educational content, and official company communications from English into Vietnamese.
• Proofread and review translated materials to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and localization.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize campaigns for the Vietnam market.
• Continuously source, develop, and create new content to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries generated through official marketing channels.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into registered and funded trading accounts.
• Re‑engage unfunded or inactive clients through appropriate communication and follow‑up strategies.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide professional support throughout the onboarding process.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates and client acquisition performance.
