Job summary

VT Markets is seeking a Marketing & Client Conversion Executive (Vietnamese speaker) to support expansion in the Vietnam market. The ideal candidate is fluent in Vietnamese and English, with strong social media management, translation, and lead conversion skills.

You will translate marketing materials, localize campaigns, build content, respond to inquiries, and work with sales to convert leads into funded trading accounts. A proactive, commercially minded communicator will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in CFD, Forex, Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Marketing is highly desirable.
• Experience managing online communities or KOL/influencer collaborations.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets and online trading products.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent copywriting, translation, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage Vietnam social media platforms (Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other local channels) and publish engaging content.
• Marketing & Content: Translate marketing materials from English into Vietnamese; proofread for linguistic accuracy; localize campaigns with the global team.
• Develop new content to boost brand awareness and engagement; respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into registered and funded trading accounts; re-engage unfunded or inactive clients.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to improve lead conversion and client acquisition.
