Job summary

SPRITZER Group in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support end-to-end campaign execution, including activations, launches, and promotions. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling campaigns.

You will track campaign performance against KPIs, analyse data, and prepare insights for reviews. You may assist in content creation for social media and brand collateral, coordinating materials, production, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including brand activations, product launches, and promotional initiatives
• Track and analyse campaign performance against defined KPIs, and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Conduct monthly competitor and market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Assist in the creation and management of marketing content, including social media assets, campaign materials, and brand collaterals
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, designers, suppliers) to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Manage promotional materials (POSM), including production, inventory tracking, and deployment support
• Support data consolidation, reporting, and presentation preparation for marketing reviews
• Take ownership of assigned tasks or mini-projects and deliver within timelines and quality expectations
• Assist in ad-hoc marketing initiatives, events, and corporate assignments as required
