Job summary

JOB OVERVIEW: This role is responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities, including handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The incumbent will monitor market trends and competitor activities, while actively developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, customer engagement, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares and presents marketing activity reports.

Prepare quotations, costing analysis, and business proposals with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Perform calculations, pricing analysis, and data evaluation for trading and sales activities.

Responsible for attending sales enquires, preparation and follow up on quotation and customers feedback.

Monitors competitor products/services, sales and marketing activities.

Maintain good and strong relationship with clients.

Develop and maintain relationship of existing and potential clients.

Maintaining good relationship with existing customers and suppliers.

Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

2 - 3 years & above experience is required.

Ability to engage customers maturely and address objections confidently.

Preferably at least Executive level specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Possess own transport and willing to travel for work.

Excellent in problem solving, aggressive and perseverance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
