Responsibilities

• Attend all walk-in customers who wish to sell their luxury items and manage the customer throughout the sell-to-us process.
• Reply promptly to online enquiries from customers wishing to sell luxury items, including WhatsApp and other channels.
• Negotiate effectively to achieve a competitive buying price while maintaining a positive customer experience and long-term relationship.
• Stay updated on the current market value of preloved luxury items and conduct market research before making or recommending purchasing decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and repeat sell-back customers, encouraging them to return when they have other luxury items to sell.
• Maintain a cost-conscious mindset and continuously look for opportunities to reduce the company's inventory acquisition cost without compromising inventory quality.
• Stay updated with the latest luxury designer trends, including trending brands, models, collections, designs, sizes, colours and materials.
• Understand the difference between an item's original retail price, current preloved market value, expected resale price and suitable company buying price.
• Evaluate every potential purchase based on current demand, condition, market value, buying cost, expected resale price, potential selling period and profit margin.
• Handle various preloved luxury categories, including handbags, watches, jewellery, accessories, shoes, clothing, small leather goods and other accepted luxury designer items.
