• Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred).
• Passionate about luxury brands and premium lifestyle products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide professional service.
• Deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience by understanding needs and preferences.
• Recommend suitable luxury handbags, watches, and accessories.
• Introduce Buy, Sell, Trade-In, and Consignment services.
• Build lasting relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Assist customers via walk-ins, WhatsApp, phone, and online inquiries.
• Learn brand knowledge, authentication basics, and negotiation skills through training.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Support showroom presentation and visual merchandising.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and stock management.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and customer events.
• Stay updated on luxury fashion trends and new arrivals.
