Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned data migration and master data management (MDM) lead to own the market's data scope and coordinate cross-functional teams in Malaysia. You will drive end-to-end data migration, including cleansing, enrichment, transformation and documentation, while ensuring alignment with global data standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of local data structures, governance, SAP S/4HANA transformation experience in CPG, familiarity with ETL tools like SAP Data

Qualifications

• Experience in data migration and master data management deployment.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations in CPG industry.
• Knowledge of data profiling, data quality management, ETL tools, and metadata management.
• Practical experience with Python and data-related tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end data migration including cleansing and data transformation.
• Lead local data quality efforts and align master data with global data model.
• Ensure MDM roles are assigned and trained before go-live.
• Support testing, mock loads, cutover rehearsals, hypercare activities, and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate data-related risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel to support deployment activities.
