Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Data Migration and Master Data Management (MDM) specialist to lead market deployments, coordinate business, IT and vendor teams, and ensure data quality and governance. You will own the market-specific data scope, manage end-to-end migration activities (cleansing, enrichment, transformation, documentation), train go-live users, and report on progress to stakeholders.

Strong experience in data migration and MDM deployment.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
Knowledge of data privacy, governance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as market's primary contact for data migration and MDM deployment activities.
Own the market-specific data scope and ensure accountability from local data owners.
Coordinate business, IT, and vendor teams to execute end-to-end data migration (cleansing, enrichment, transformation, documentation).
Lead local data quality efforts and align master data with the global data model.
Ensure MDM roles are assigned and trained before go-live.
Support testing, mock loads, cutover rehearsals, and stakeholder reporting.
Identify and mitigate data-related risks while driving continuous improvement.
