The role requires strong experience in data migration, MDM, and governance, with excellent stakeholder management and agile mindset. Willingness to travel to deployment sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration and MDM deployment initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data governance, ownership, and processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business, IT and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as market's primary contact for data migration and MDM deployment.
• Own market-specific data scope and ensure accountability from local data owners.
• Coordinate business, IT, and vendor teams for end-to-end data migration.
• Lead local data quality, resolve data issues, align master data with global model.
• Ensure MDM roles are assigned and trained before go-live.
• Support testing, mock loads, cutover rehearsals, hypercare, and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate data risks while driving continuous improvement.
