Job summary

TD SYNNEX, Datech APAC, seeks a high-impact Solution Consultant Manager – Manufacturing to lead technical sales and solution consulting for the Manufacturing portfolio. You will translate engineering challenges into compelling technology solutions, drive customer transformation, and manage a cross-functional team across channels.

The role demands 10–15 years in CAD and related software, strong leadership, and experience engaging executives from IT to C-suite.

Qualifications

10–15 years of CAD and related software experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in technical sales and solution consulting.
Ability to engage engineering managers, IT leaders and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Manufacturing Solution Consulting and technical sales engagements across CAD, CAM, CAE and related tools.
Translate engineering challenges into technology solutions with measurable ROI and outcomes.
Develop and mentor the Solution Consulting team with standardized discovery and selling frameworks.
Collaborate with Sales, Partners and Customers to accelerate adoption and expansion of Autodesk solutions.
Drive insight, enablement and governance across vendor, direct-touch and partner-led motions to protect channel neutrality.
