Job summary

SYNNEX Corporation seeks a seasoned Solution Consultant Manager – Manufacturing to lead technical sales engagements, shape the consulting practice, and drive customer transformation across CAD/PLM/CAM domains. The role collaborates with sales, partners, and customers, translating engineering challenges into compelling technology outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in CAD/design software, strong Autodesk knowledge, and experience with channel and direct sales models, plus APAC

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in CAD and related software.
Experience with direct and channel sales models in software.
Strong knowledge of Autodesk and CAD/design software markets.
Fluent English with executive-level communication.
Experience leading technical engagements and coaching.
Willingness to travel across APAC and work with multi-country teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead Manufacturing Solution Consulting team and set technical sales strategy.
Conduct customer discovery, solution architectures, demos and executive presentations.
Translate capabilities into business value, ROI and measurable outcomes.
Develop standardized discovery and consultative selling frameworks; enable partners.
Collaborate with Sales/BD to improve pipeline quality and win rates.
Travel across APAC as required to support opportunities.
