Job summary

TD SYNNEX Datech APAC seeks a Solution Consultant Manager – Manufacturing to lead technical sales engagements, solution architectures and executive presentations across APAC. Translate manufacturing challenges into compelling technology outcomes and drive adoption with partners and sales teams.

With 10–15 years in CAD/design/manufacturing software, you will coach a consulting team, manage channel motions, and travel in APAC as required.

Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in CAD, design software, engineering software or manufacturing tech.
Experience engaging direct and channel business models in software distribution or related ecosystems.
Fluent English with executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
Experience across APAC markets and willingness to travel across APAC.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, manufacturing or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead technical sales strategy for Manufacturing opportunities from discovery to validation and closure.
Develop solution architectures, demos, workshops and executive presentations.
Translate capabilities into business value and ROI.
Coach and develop the Solution Consulting team and align resources to opportunities.
Work with channel partners to enable sales motion and growth.
