Job summary

Tec D Malaysia, a TD SYNNEX Company, is seeking a seasoned Solution Consultant Manager for Manufacturing. You will lead technical sales engagements, architect solutions, and guide a team across APAC markets to drive growth and customer transformation.

The role requires 10-15 years in CAD/design software, strong channel experience, and fluent English communications with senior stakeholders. Occasional travel across APAC is expected.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in CAD/design software or manufacturing SaaS or related tech markets.
• Experience engaging direct and channel business models in software distribution.
• Fluent English with executive-level written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales engagements across the Manufacturing portfolio, translating engineering challenges into tech solutions.
• Manage Solution Consultant team, enable partners, and drive strategic opportunities.
• Engage APAC customers and partners across vendor, direct-touch and channel motions.
• Identify AI, automation and digital thread opportunities in manufacturing workflows.
