Job summary

TENPOWER MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quality Inspector to conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to ensure compliance with standards in our Selangor-based manufacturing facility.

You will report defects, recommend corrective actions, maintain QC records, and collaborate with production to implement process improvements, audits, and ongoing quality assurance across the line.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of experience as a Quality Inspector or in a QA role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and SPC.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to achieve quality objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with production staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to verify compliance with quality standards
• Identify and report quality issues or defects, and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all quality control activities
• Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control procedures and process improvements
• Perform regular audits and testing to validate the effectiveness of quality control measures
• Ensure the company's products and services meet or exceed customer expectations
