Job summary

Improvage Precision Sdn Bhd in Melaka seeks a Quality Control Clerk to perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products, ensuring specifications are met and approving or returning items for rework.

You will document results, maintain calibration of measuring equipment, and carry out QC tasks as assigned by supervisors and top management to uphold our quality standards.

Qualifications

• Inspect incoming materials against specifications and reject nonconforming items.
• Perform in-process production inspections with tests and communicate adjustments.
• Document inspection results in reports and logs, and input data into quality database.
• Maintain measurement equipment and follow calibration requirements.
• Carry out quality control tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Top Management.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and approve/reject per specs and tests.
• Inspect in-process production and communicate adjustments to production supervisor.
• Approve finished products and manage re-work if needed.
• Document inspection results and summarize re-work and waste.
• Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment per instructions.
• Perform QC tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Top Management.
