Job summary

Amphenol DC Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Penang Simpang Ampat seeks a Program Coordinator/Program Manager to support and manage customer programs from RFQ to mass production. The role coordinates NPI activities and production planning, ensuring cross-functional readiness and timely delivery of wire harness and cable assemblies.

You will liaise with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Production to track schedules, manage risks, and deliver accurate reports.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Admin, Project Management, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, NPI, manufacturing, production planning, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor customer programs from RFQ/NPI through mass production.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines and milestones.
Track progress and escalate delays or risks to the Program Manager.
Coordinate NPI activities for new wire harness and cable assembly projects.
Monitor sample builds and ensure samples meet customer requirements.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Production to ensure readiness.
Prepare customer reports and presentations and maintain program documentation.
Track quality requirements and corrective actions with Quality.
