Job summary

ETI (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities, plan resources, and maintain quality and on-time delivery. You will oversee training records and motivate the machining team to reach target outputs.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, an engineering degree, and strong planning skills; Mandarin communication is a plus. A focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in machine maintenance is an added advantage.
• Preferable background in production division or strong technical role.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities to meet targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee training and maintain training records for all manufacturing personnel.
• Motivate machining section personnel to achieve output targets.
• Liaise with production manager when facing mechanical problems.
• Maintain heading machine and ensure daily/monthly checklists are completed; report to production manager as needed.
• Assist technicians in machine setting and operation.
• Support the production manager in the quality management system and continuous improvement.
