As a Manufacturing Product Engineer, you will work with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing teams to solve production issues, improve yields and drive cost reductions through new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Microelectronics , Computer Engineer, Biomedical Engineering.
• Cumulative 3.3/4.0 GPA or higher.
• 0 - 5 years of relevant working experience. Only new hire below 2 years of experience will participate in CAP programme.
• Able to support at production line on alternative weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production issues at test floor and wafer probe; includes yield analysis and resolution.
• Provide detailed analytical studies and liaise with product engineering for improvements.
• Engage in productivity improvement projects to enhance yield and reduce test time.
• Support new product releases and perform buyoffs for test systems per requirements.
• Lead introduction of new tools/equipment and manage qualification and change approvals.
