You will transition silicon from tape-out to high-volume manufacturing, navigating validation workflows and delivering robust ESD, TVS, and surge protection devices on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Microelectronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Cumulative GPA expectations are provided by the program.
• Foundational hardware validation concepts and semiconductor basics.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑launch execution during pre‑silicon and post‑silicon phases.
• Manage checkout plans, test vehicles, and risk checklists.
• Drive silicon validation and characterization across voltage and temp corners.
• Track NPD launch timeline with PMs to ensure on‑time releases.
• Perform yield analysis, DOE, and Gage R&R on early lots.
