Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
• GPA of 3.3/4.0 or higher.
• 0–5 years of relevant working experience; new hire below 2 years join CAP.
• Able to support at production line on alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production issues at test floor and wafer probe, including yield analysis and disposition, and setup failure debug/analysis.
• Provide detailed analytical study on issues and liaise with product engineering for improvements (test program, hardware, setup).
• Engage in productivity improvement projects, including yield improvement, test time reduction, and legacy tester conversion.
• Support new product releases and perform vigorous buyoff for new test systems per manufacturing requirements.
• Lead and support introduction of new tool/equipment/test processes to manufacturing and manage change approvals.
