Job summary

FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (DL – PENANG) SDN BHD in Penang seeks a motivated candidate to support line setup, time studies, and tooling maintenance on the factory floor. The role involves coordinating line balancing, preparing work areas, and documenting processes.

You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (6S) and safety, keep process documentation up to date, and assist with creating efficient production workflows. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Knowledge of production processes, using basic tools, and understanding how to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Help with laying out the factory floor, line balancing, and preparing work areas.
• Measure how long tasks take and suggest better ways to do them to save time.
• Support the setup and fixing of assembly tools, machines, and test equipment.
• Support continuous improvement (such as Kaizen) and safety (6S) activities.
• Keep records of how things are made, update process flows, and create visual guides.
