Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking an Engineer II, Manufacturing Engineering to join our team. This hands-on role requires a strong technical background to ensure smooth production operations, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.

You will develop and optimize processes, perform root cause analysis, lead FMEA, implement DFMA, and coordinate projects, with Lean and Six Sigma familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/manufacturing-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production environment; senior level 5–7 years.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFMA.
• Experience with FMEA, Control Plans, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Improve workflow, space planning, layout design, and testing methods to ensure product and process quality.
• Provide data-driven insights and prepare reports on trends to support decisions and meet OTS targets.
