Job summary

Talent Recruit in Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Penang, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support daily production and machine operations. You will set up, monitor, and adjust machines, perform basic maintenance, and record production data using ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum SPM or equivalent and up to 6 months of manufacturing experience, with the ability to work 10–12 hour shifts. Training and career growth opportunities are provided in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Physically fit to stand 10-12 hours and lift up to 12 kg.
• Able to follow instructions in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong teamwork attitude with a willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines in the manufacturing line.
• Monitor machine parameters and perform in-process quality inspections using measuring tools.
• Conduct basic maintenance, make minor adjustments, and record production data using ERP systems.
• Comply with EHS regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and 5S workplace organization.

We represent our client, a leading manufacturing company. They are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Manufacturing Operator to support daily production tasks and machine operations in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Penang

Job Responsibility:

• Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines in the manufacturing line.
• Monitor machine parameters and perform in-process quality inspections using measuring tools.
• Conduct basic maintenance, make minor adjustments, and record production data using ERP systems.
• Comply with EHS regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and maintain 5S workplace organization.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; at least 6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours (10-12 hours per shift) and lift items up to 12 kg.
• Basic arithmetic skills, computer literacy, and the ability to follow instructions in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong teamwork attitude with a willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks.

Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM 2,600 – RM 3,800 / month (13-month salary)
• Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (First Shift: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM | Second Shift: 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM)
