Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and data-driven approach.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and lean/six sigma preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• Effective people management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and supervise a team to meet objectives.
• Own area performance metrics: safety, quality, delivery, cost.
• Ensure policies, EHS and quality regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and certify associates per SOP/WI.
• Hold regular 1:1 and team meetings for updates and feedback.
• Maintain safe working environment and PPE/LOTO compliance.
• Ensure production aligns with prints and customer quality.
• Drive continuous quality improvements to meet targets.
• Coordinate OSS scheduling and material availability to meet orders.
• Manage machine and people capacity with shift planning.
