Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
