Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing with hands-on leadership.
• Experience managing multi-shift production and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑shift production teams of supervisors, engineers and operators.
• Own daily output targets and 24/7 production planning.
• Drive Lean/5S, cycle time reduction and cost improvements.
• Develop supervisors and engineers for greater responsibility.
• Coordinate with Quality, Safety and HR for continuous improvement.
• Manage line loading, WIP flow and capacity utilization.
