Texas Instruments Incorporated in Melaka is seeking an energetic Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a night-shift team in a highly automated semiconductor factory. You will work with supervisors and engineers to meet production goals, motivate others, and develop capabilities.

The role emphasizes 5S, staffing, problem solving, and timely escalation of issues. A bachelor's degree and several years of supervisory experience in semiconductor manufacturing are required, with bump manufacturing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 5 years' experience (or more) in a supervisory role.
• Experience in bump manufacturing in semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and administer policies and procedures
• Make recommendations on direct/indirect labor
• Support and implement direct labor staffing plan for semiconductor manufacturing team
• Lead and implement 5S efforts and projects on designated shift to resolve manufacturing and technical issues in a highly automated factory
• Support and execute to an established priority lot protocol, ensuring rapid lot movement of critical lots
• Select and develop personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function
• Escalate production issues in a timely and effective manner
• Learn processes to prevent scrap occurrence, poor quality and lost cycle time
• Communicate process changes, production goals, and help resolve issues involving the engineering support groups
