Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• CGPA above 3.3 on cumulative GPA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing with 2–3 years directly leading operators and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi‑shift team of supervisors, engineers, technicians and operators; set clear expectations and accountability.
• Be on the floor; understand challenges and set the right standards.
• Develop supervisors/engineers for greater responsibility.
• Manage shift coverage, headcount and workforce planning for 24/7 production.
• Own daily output targets; manage line loading and WIP to hit commitments.
• Oversee production scheduling and capacity utilization to meet dates.
• Drive cycle time reduction by removing bottlenecks and non‑value steps.
