Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining production equipment in a large-scale factory.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of manufacturing engineering specialists.
• Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans to minimize failures and ensure normal operation.
• Provide training to maintenance technicians and review guidelines regularly.
• Assist in formulating safety-related policies and implement department plans.
• Lead equipment improvements and Kaizen projects under supervision.
• Implement spare-parts management and vendor management using MTBF/MTTR/OEE metrics.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with EHS policies and LOTO procedures.
