Job summary

Sandisk in Penang is seeking an Associate Business Systems Analyst to provide first‑level operational support for manufacturing IT applications, ensuring uninterrupted factory operations. You will be the primary contact for incident management, service requests, and user support, coordinating with IT teams globally.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Engineering and 1–3 years in enterprise applications or manufacturing IT.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
An equivalent combination of education, technical training, and relevant manufacturing IT support experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level operational support for manufacturing IT applications such as MES, factory automation platforms, reporting solutions, and other production-critical systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs.
Perform routine application administration activities, including user access management and configuration maintenance.
Monitor application health, system alerts, and dashboards to proactively identify issues.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Planning, Quality, and business users to restore services and minimize impact.
Coordinate with L2/L3 IT support teams, infrastructure teams, DBAs, and external vendors during incident resolution.
