Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure professional to manage, maintain, and support the company’s servers, networks, storage systems, cybersecurity, and IT hardware to ensure stable, secure, and efficient business operations in Johor Bahru.

The role requires a minimum of five years in IT infrastructure and server administration, with familiarity in manufacturing environments as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure and server administration.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and networks.
• Administer LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers and switches.
• Install/configure Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Monitor performance and minimize downtime, troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Implement IT security measures and system updates.
• Support ERP, MES, email, and databases from infra.
• Plan infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
• Maintain asset inventory and network diagrams.
• Provide Level 2/3 infrastructure support.
• Coordinate hardware procurement and third-party support.
