Job summary

GRAND VENTURE TECHNOLOGY (JOHOR) SDN. BHD. is seeking an HR Executive to support daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, overtime, attendance, and HR administration.

The role works closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field, 3–5 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing), and strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager in checking and verifying employee attendance and overtime records.
• Support recruitment activities, including liaising with candidates, arranging interviews, and preparing onboarding and offboarding documents.
• Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Support HRDF/HRD Corp-related documentation and claims, where applicable.
• Provide support in daily HR operations and employee related matters.
• Maintain accurate employee personal files and HR records.
• Administer employee confirmation, transfers, resignations, and other employment letter/ documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
• Handle office/plant administration and other ad hoc assignments by the manager.
