Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced General Manager to lead manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, quality, and profitability. You will oversee production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain while steering strategic plans and budgeting for continuous improvement.

The role requires a strong track record in cross-functional leadership, Lean/Six Sigma deployment, and financial oversight, with experience in high‑precision or semiconductor environments preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations with 2–3 years in leadership.
Experience in cross-functional teams and operational excellence.
Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement knowledge.
Experience in precision engineering or semiconductor manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all manufacturing operations including production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain.
Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
Monitor KPIs and financial performance; deliver cost-effective products.
Develop strategic plans and annual budget for manufacturing operations.
Lead relationships with customers and suppliers; collaborate with sales/marketing.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
