Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; relevant work experience acceptable.
• 2–4 years in manufacturing systems, equipment maintenance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and assesses data concerning the manufacturing process and equipment, interpreting blueprints and schematics relevant to the process.
• Operates machinery to accomplish direct assembly tasks and supports factory equipment and its processes.
• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment per schematics or manuals.
• Manages documentation for manufacturing processes and updates manufacturing systems.
• Resolves technical quality issues linked to customer complaints, manufacturing, engineering, tests, and equipment.
• Collects and evaluates operating data to optimize processes via online adjustments.
