Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing and assembly tasks meeting quality standards.
• Operate and adjust production equipment to optimize processes.
• Perform setup, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustaining activities.
• Analyze production data to identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet schedule and escalate issues.
• Support installation, qualification, and maintenance of equipment.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality adherence.
• Drive process improvements and cost efficiency with engineering teams.
• Maintain production logs and SOP-compliant documentation.
