Job summary

HP is seeking an Intermediate Process Engineer to support its contract manufacturing site in Johor, Malaysia. You will act as the technical liaison with manufacturing partners, drive process stability and cost reductions, and work with product engineering, quality, supply chain, and R&D to ensure world‑class quality and performance.

You will analyze data to identify yield losses, downtime, and process variation, leading structured problem‑solving (8D, Fishbone, FMEA, DOE) and implementing CAPA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required with manufacturing focus.
• 3–6 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Experience with contract manufacturers or high‑volume production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison between HP and contract manufacturing partners.
• Drive accountability on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement CAPA to improve process capability and stability.
• Develop dashboards and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, Minitab, SQL) for monitoring KPIs.
